Amir Shamloo, Iranian researcher, told MNA that the knowledge-based unit located at Sharif University of Technology specializes in the field of tissue-engineered skin and has designed and developed a skin-healing band-aid containing living cells that can be used to treat deep burn wounds and diabetic ulcers.
