A sum of 250 Syrian opposition forces admitted defeat and surrendered themselves in Barzeh in Damascus countryside after being under the siege of the army and the national defense forces for more than a year, Russia Today satellite television channel reported.
The Syrian armed rebels surrendered themselves after the Syrian army and the armed rebel groups reached an agreement with the mediation of Syria’s National Defense Committee.
