The president issued two separate decrees to name Jafar Towfiqi, the former Minister of Science, as caretaker of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and Reza Salehi Amiri as caretaker of Ministry of Sports and Youth.
The president presented Jafar Mili-Monfared and Masood Soltanifar to the parliament for the two posts, but, they failed to get vote of confidence on Thursday.
