Ravanchi made the remarks in the international gathering on' Return of Diplomacy' which was held at the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) headquarters in Paris on Thursday.
The triumph of the JCPOA should be assessed as a win-win approach at international relations, he said.
Imposing sanctions and bullying are failed policies and never help resolve international issues, he said, adding that the UNESCO can promote culture of dialogue and multilateralism through education which is prequisite to resolving international issues and regional crises mainly terrorism and extremism.
