He will lead a 46-strong business delegation, english.sta.si website reported.
During the visit, the minister will attend the opening ceremonies of offices in Iran by four Slovenian companies, specializing in telecommunications and civil engineering.
Pocivalsek is also scheduled to have a meeting with the Iranian energy minister.
