He made the remarks in his speech to a ceremony to launch hardware and software for issuing e-passport to Iranian citizens.
Zarif said that he assigned the staff of the Foreign Ministry to do their best in providing Iranian expatriates residing abroad with consular services.
He said that the Foreign Ministry personnel would be proud of delivering consular services to Iranian expatriates coming to Iranian representations abroad.
We respect Iranian expatriates demanding consular services, he said.
