United States Secretary of State John Kerry met with Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on the sidelines of the NPT review summit in New York and maintained that in case of a nuclear agreement, the US administration would commit itself to implementing its international obligations toward Iran, regardless of any domestic dispute over the nuclear accord.
