Ebrahim Karkhanei told Mehr News Parliament correspondent that adopting a bill in the Parliament which required the government to maintain nuclear achievements was a retaliation of US Congress in setting deadline for nuclear negotiators to give in to their demands when necessary, and to add to list of sanctions if Iranian negotiators acted otherwise.
