The lives of many Syrian refugees in the Middle East are endangered by storms, snow and freezing cold weather, and all the winterization programs the NRC has undertaken so far do not seem to be sufficient to help the displaced, says Secretary General Jan Egeland of Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), calling for emergency support.
