The ceremony was attended by Iran’s Ambassador to Mexico City Jalal Kalantari and Director General for Africa and the Middle East at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, María Carmen Oñate Muñoz. A number of Foreign Ministry officials and ambassadors of several other countries to Mexico also took part in the ceremony.
