Iran’s deputy FM Seyed Abbas Araghchi, during the UN Day ceremony in Tehran on Wednesday, noted that Iran has always been an advocate for peace, security and development in the world based on human dignity and moderation, and that dialogue would open a window of opportunity for peace.
