The International Committee of the Red Cross expresses concern about the effects of the conflict in eastern Ukraine on civilians. ICRC director of operations Dominik Stillhart has arrived in Ukraine to discuss with the parties concerned both the situation in general and the efforts to repatriate the bodies of those who died in the Malaysia Airlines plane crash on 17 July.
