Nobuo Kishi made the remarks during a meeting with Iranian First Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi in Tehran on Monday.
He added that Japanese companies are keenly interested in investing in the Iranian vast market, and expressed hope that once the grounds are prepared for doing business with Iran, Japanese companies would make investment in Iran.
