Al-Masla news website report quoted a police authority in Iraq's northwest Nineveh province, saying that the fighters of DAESH (Arabic acronym for ‘Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’) had totally dominated the city of Mosul.
They reported to have been fighting Iraqi government forces since this morning hours, waging an attack the Nineveh province and taken over the government buildings.
