Private entities and state bodies have monopolized Caspian Sea beaches for themselves. This is in addition to the green fertile lands in the Caspian Sea area which have been turned into private villas by those who feel “superior” with no care for environmental damages.
Any state body which has more influence and money has grabbed more beaches and farmlands. All these have been taking place under the eyes of respected officials all through these years.
