Hassan Rouhani received the clay in the sidelines of his visit to the Organization staff and management by Masoud Soltanifar, the head of the Organization and president’s deputy.
The piece has been discovered and excavated in Alborz province sites and seems to be coincident with first Sialk hill civilization of 7th millennia BC. President Rouhani received the piece and gave it to the president’s office museum.
