Any use of chemical weapons, grave violation of 1925 Protocol- Ban
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in his message on the Day of Remembrance for Victims of Chemical Warfare, April 29, 2014, reiterated that any use of chemical weapons under any circumstances would be a grave violation of the 1925 Protocol and other relevant rules of customary international law.
According to a press release issued by the UN Information Center (UNIC), the UN chief, in his message, paid tribute to the victims of chemical warfare.
