In the meeting, Zarif conveyed the warm greetings of President Hassan Rouhani to the Turkmen president and called for promotion of all out relations and cooperation between the two countries.
Zarif also expressed satisfaction with the current level of mutual relations and exchange of visits between the two sidesˈ high ranking officials.
