Talking to IRNA on Tuesday, he said the delay is due to implementation of the joint action plan.
He stressed that the process of Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA will continue in the usual manner.

Iran-IAEA talks to start February 8, envoy
Iran’s envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Reza Najafi said the talks between Iran and the nuclear watchdog originally scheduled for Jan 21 was postponed till February 8, 2014.
