It is not possible to be completely sure that the G5+1 will remain committed to their pledges, he said.
“Since we have witnessed the lack of trust on the part of the other side in the past, we cannot be quite sure about their commitment,” he said.
Both sides are pessimistic but Ashton has underlined that G5+1 is serious and determined to implement Geneva deal and is eager to finalize the talks as soon as possible.
