The clashes between the army and the militants for control over the strategic district of Al-Abraj or Al-Borjiat have intensified more than before and the Syrian troops are winning the final battle to take control of the district, FNA dispatches said a few hours ago.
Al-Borjiat district is regarded a strategic district of Adra al-Amalieh by both sides since it is located on a high position making it the best hideout for snipers.
Yesterday, the Syrian army defeated militants and took back control in several strategic areas of Adra Al-Amalieh.
The Syrian army started vast surprise operations to regain control over Adra Al-Amalieh after militants raided the city and beheaded scores of civilians a few days ago.
