During her weekly press briefing here on Tuesday, she said during the years since the disappearance of Levinson, Iran has stressed repeatedly that he is not in Iran.
She said the Iranian foreign minister too has highlighted the point in talks with the US media.
Asked to point to the number of the phone talks between the Iranian and US presidents, she said there has been only one such conversation between the two presidents.
