Zarif arrived in Kuwait City on Sunday to attend the second meeting of Iran-Kuwait High Economic Commission.
Later in the day, he left the Kuwaiti capital for Muscat, Oman.
The meeting was held after a seven-year halt. It was conducted in the presence of Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sabah Khaled al-Hamd al-Sabah.
