Nematzadeh made the remarks in a meeting with Turkish ambassador to Tehran Umit Yardim.
He said the two neighboring countries have projected higher targets for trade and economic cooperation requiring Tehran and Ankara to make more efforts to reach the targets.
He called on the Turkish government to take an immediate action to remove the obstacles in the way of trade and financial exchanges of Iranian businessmen in Turkey.
