The details of the talks will be released when the two sides reach a favorable agreement, Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabifard added.
He further stressed that negotiations between Iran and the Group 5+1- the US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany- should be within the framework of the Islamic Republic system and in line with national interest.
That framework, he noted, is crystal clear and transparent.
