He made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Russian Air Force Commander-in-Chief Lieutenant General Viktor Nikolaevich Bondarev and the Russian military delegation in Tehran.
“Scan Eagle” is manifestation of Iran’s technical capabilities which is awarded to Russian Air Force commander and the Russian people, he said.
Talks between Iran-Russia military officials were very fruitful and promising, he said.
