In a message, issued on the occasion of World Food Day, Hojjati said that the Islamic Republic of Iran uses all the financial and spiritual potentials, capacities and facilities of the country to encourage the farmers and producers as the main owners of the agricultural sector.
He said that Ministry of Agriculture Jihad has made planning to remove all the existing impediments and access to sustainable food security as a major strategy of for the development projects.
“Production and enough supply of food on the macro level are the main factors to guarantee food security for the families and people and better food supply,” he said.
He noted that sustainable food security would be possible in light of a durable system of food production and supply.
