Speaking to IRNA, he said President Rohani expressed Iran’s rational views and stands at the UN General Assembly which were echoed throughout the world.
On the decree issued by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution against the production, stockpiling and use of weapons of mass destruction, he said the decree has been issued a long time ago and the world public opinions knows about it but the American officials had ignored it.
The US officials still insist on ignoring the issue as before, he said.
