New Iranian school year begins in Pakistan


New Iranian school year started in the presence of Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Alireza Haqiqian, Principal of Imam Hussain (AS) College Ayaz Suleimanpur, senior Iranian diplomats and heads of Iranian organizations along with their families. 
The program was started with the recitation of the Holy Quran after which the students of the college performed national anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 
Ambassador Haqiqian rang the bell to symbolically start the new academic year. Speaking on the occasion, he commemorated the anniversary of the Sacred Defense Week. 
He prayed for the success of Iranian students and advised students to seek knowledge and work hard for better future. 
Suleimanpur, for his part, presented a report on the achievements of the college. 
He paid homage to the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution and eight years of Iraqi invasion against Iran. 
New Iranian school year also started in Lahore, Quetta and Karachi.
