Hani Ghanem, 23, and Rami Ghanem were arrested in the Jenin village of Burqin, following a raid on their home, locals said.
An Israeli army spokeswoman said three people were arrested in Burqin, three in Nablus, two in Aida refugee camp and two in Silat al-Harithiya, a village in Jenin.
Israeli military forces routinely arrest Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, usually on the pretext of security.
