He made the remarks in a meeting with Azeri Minister of Industry and Economy Shahin Mostafayev.
Vaezi said that the aim of visit of minister of economy and industry is to prepare ground for visit of President Aliyev.
Vaezi said that the oil price falls led the oil producing countries to focus on economic cooperation.
Vaezi said that drafts of the agreements have been prepared for signature of the two presidents.
He said that the areas of cooperation are including construction of railroad bridge between Iranian Astara city and Azerbaijan Republic, electricity network, energy, transport, banking services, customs house cooperation, automobile, oil, gas, petrochemical industry, animal husbandry, agriculture, women and family affairs.
The Iranian minister said that banking relations are a key for trade development and that good progress has been made on cooperation between the customs houses of Iran and Azerbaijan.
