“Turkey is a Muslim country and our neighbor and we are interested in sustainable security in Turkey because it will be beneficial to Turkey and Turkey’s neighbors,” Chairman of Iran’s parliamentary National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Alaeddin Boroujerdi, said on Friday.
He added that Turkey has been following the policy of playing with fire in the region, nurturing terrorists and providing them with weapons.
The Iranian legislator emphasized that the continuation of pro-Zionists policy would always threaten security in the countries boosting terrorists.
Boroujerdi’s comments after at least 28 people lost their lives when a car laden with explosives detonated on Wednesday next to military buses as they waited at traffic lights on Ankara’s Inonu Boulevard. At least 81 others sustained injuries in the act of terror.
