As part of the ITTF Premium Junior Circuit, Aspire 2016 Qatar Junior & Cadet Open kicked off in Doha on Wednesday morning.
In Group A of Cadet Girls Team events, Iran’s Maryam Farii and Melika Karami managed to subdue Qatar-B rivals 3-0 bagging two points while Shaghayegh Hosseinzadeh of Iran and Aya Abouhind of Morocco in Group B jointly overcame the host team 3-0.
Meanwhile, in Group A of Cadet Boys Team events, Iran-A team consisting of Amin Ahmadian and Ali Akbar Shoari thrashed Libya 3-0 and in Group B of the same category, Iran’s Morteza Rezaei and Mahdi Madankan obtained a 3-1 triumph over Tunisian rivals.
The Aspire 2016 Qatar Junior and Cadet Open in Doha on Wednesday 17th February and will last until February 21st.
