Chinese president will head a high-ranking delegation during the two-day visit, which is slated to start on January 25th.
President Rouhani and his Chinese counterpart are expected to discuss further expansion of strategic ties as well as latest regional and international developments. Studying the condition of joint projects and agreements as well as planning for future cooperation will be on the agenda for the presidents.
Rouhani and Jinping had met last on the sidelines of the 70th UN General Assembly held in September 2015 in New York.
