Hossein Jaber Ansari, head of public and media diplomatic office of the foreign ministry, condemned blast attack by Taliban which killed at least 26 and injured tens of other Pakistani civilians in highly restive region of the northwest Pakistan.
Spokesperson also offered condolences to the families of victims and the government of Pakistan; “the Islamic Republic of Iran condemns terrorist attacks which only seeks to serve the interests of the enemies of Pakistan and Islamic world,” he told in a brief speech.
Pakistani police had told reporters that in a blast attack near a government office in Mardan city, 18 were killed and more than 40 people were injured.
