During the meeting which was held at the headquarters of Chinese Foreign Ministry on Thursday, the two sides discussed means to resolve the crisis in Syria and the developments in the Middle East region and the efforts to combat terrorist organizations, mainly Daesh terrorist Group , known as ISIS, and Jabhat al-Nusra, SANA reported.
The viewpoints of the two sides were identical regarding the necessity of launching an intra-Syrian dialogue without foreign interference based on the Syrian people’s right to decide their future.
Both sides stressed the importance of the inseparability of counterterrorism efforts and reaching a political solution.
