According to Tehran University's Seismological center, the quake occurred at 15:32 local time (12:02 GMT) and its epicenter was 12 kilometer deep in earth.
There were no reports of the possible damages or casualties caused by the earthquake.
Ravar is located 130 kilometers to north of provincial capital city Kerman.
