Since the establishment of the Iranian Association of Chemical Engineers (IAChE) in 1990, 15 annual national and 8 international congresses of chemical engineering have been the major forum for Iranian and international chemical engineers and scientists to present and exchange their research papers..
This year, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade will hold the ninth edition of the International Chemical Engineering Congress and Exhibition at the University of Shiraz.
The number of papers presented at these congresses has been steadily increasing each year. In this year’s edition, 610 papers had been submitted to the secretariat of the Congress, 60 of which will be delivered orally at the panel and 420 papers will be presented in a poster format. The congresses cover vast areas of chemical engineering science and practice including specialized workshops and industrial researches.
