Nuclear science growth in other countries working in the same field totaled 34 percent over the same period, he said.
He also said that the country stands 17th in science production based on Elsevier's Scopus, the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, adding it stands 22nd based on the Information Science Institute (ISI).
He said Iran’s science production grew by 682 percent over last decade, adding the country’s grew by 12 times in biology-related science.
The country’s share of the world’s science production hit 1.4 percent.
