Afsali told the 3rd National Conference on Application of the System of Place Information in Water and Power Industries Management that the contract for construction of the posts will be signed by next three weeks.
He said the project, once commissioned, will add 200 kw to electricity grid of the two provinces.
He said that also on agenda, is using credit facilities of the ECO Trade and Development Bank to the value of 20 million euros to implement power transmission projects.
