Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of his meeting with the Lebanese finance minister, he said if the other party manages to reopen the dossier after its closure and after implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), it means they have brought excuse to violate their pledges.
'If they raise new issues in future, Iran will not accept,' Velayati said.
