Today, it is time for the Western countries to take serious measures to fight against Daesh and annihilate that terrorist group, he added.
Daesh is a big threat to global security, said he, adding the ISIS does not care who is Muslim or non-Muslim.
He further called for regional and extra-regional cooperation to take immediate action against the terrorist group of Daesh.
