Reza Najafi made the remarks after a former US official said the case will not be closed.
He explained that the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is conditional to the closure of Possible Military Dimension (PMD) issue.
According to the Article 14 of JCPOA, the 5+1 group has to present a resolution to IAEA Board of Governors on December 15 to close the PMD issue, he added.
“Following western sources, unfortunately some media had claimed that ‘IAEA chief inspected Iran's military site in Parchin’ or that ‘inspectors interviewed Iranian nuclear scientists’ which were all misleading and contrary to the roadmap”, he said.
