The opening ceremony held on Monday evening had as special guest deputy-Minister of Culture for Art Affairs and the head of Visual Arts Center in Shiraz’s Greenland Cultural Complex. Head of Fars provincial Ministry of Culture office was the first speaker of the opening ceremony; “in a world bombarded with images, the production devices has been simpler and more diverse, with digital devices of reproduction of a digital version spiraling in new highs in terms of expansion; any human imagination has the chance to become an image today and people now have clear and graphic image of things once envisioned as impossible to imagine,” he told the opening ceremony, “what had been carrying out in 19th century by romantic literature and gothic and expanded the scope of human imagination, now is carried out by painters and illustrators,” Behzad Moridi asserted.
