Iranian runner grabbed the silver medal of the 1500 meters in Doha 2015 IPC (Disability) Athletics World Championships in Qatar to achieve Iran’s sixth quota to Paralympics.

During the Evening Session on Day Four of the IPC Athletics World Championships at Suhaim Bin Hamad Stadium on October 25, 2015 in Doha, Qatar, Iran’s Peyman Nasiri became the vice-champion by running 1500 meters in the T20 class with a record of 3 minutes 56 seconds and 53 hundredths finishing only three hundredths of a second after the American runner Michael Brannigan to bag the silver medal as well as securing his ticket to Paralympics.
