Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a message on the occasion of the 10th international Conference on Promotion of Persian Language and Literature held in Tehran hailed Persian language for being the language of wisdom, compassion, dialog, moderation, ethics, literature and peace, saying “the tremendous efforts made by researchers in the field of promoting Persian language and literature is an answer to a fundamental need of the world, region and society which is the need for wisdom, compassion and literature.”
