Iranian FM Mohammad Javad Zarif, attending the public session of Parliament to answer the questions raised by a number of MPs, said “based on three decades of study, experience, and teaching in foreign policy arena, I do believe that partisan foreign policy is the deadlock of failure at the cost of national interests.”
