According to IRNA, the media and public diplomacy department of Iranian embassy in Russia said that based on the memorandum, which was adjusted following the meeting of Iranian and Russian Foreign Ministers to improve relations between the two countries, visa issuance will be facilitated for commercial and industrial sectors.
