By November 22, around 498 works have been received by the 13th PhotoArt section of the Biennial.
The Biennial is a joint venture of Iranian photography associations; it was formerly held by Iranian Visual Arts Center for past 12 rounds; this time, Iranian Photographers Association, an NGO, will hold the event for the first time in the history of Iran in the framework of the first Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Ministry of Culture, Center for Visual Arts.
