Mohammad-Ali Emadi, director of research and technology at National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), said Iran’s Petroleum ministry is an active member of the World Petroleum Congress whose 21st meeting is to be held in Moscow in June. The Petroenergy news network SHANA reported on Saturday.
He said tens of articles will be presented to the congress during which NIOC experts are expected to hold negotiations with world oil companies.
